This year we are embracing change and moving to a virtual Exhibition! The theme of the Exhibition is “Creativity Counts – promoting wellness in challenging times”.
Essentially, we are asking people to share photos or a short video of creative pieces/mediums that have helped promote wellness during these challenging and uncertain times.
It has been wonderful to see how people and communities are finding new and innovative ways to express themselves creatively. This year’s exhibition is extended to include other creative and flow activities including baking, singing, graphic design, gardening, music, dancing as well as the usual art, craft, poetry, photography, sculpture. We hope a virtual exhibition will reach an even wider audience than previous years. The local papers may also come on board to display the pieces as we are aware not everybody has online access.
As always, this exhibition is open to everyone in County Wexford.
The official launch of the Exhibition will be on October 9th (World Mental Health Day is Sat October 10th) and the Exhibition will be on our website until November 1st to coincide with the end of the Wexford Opera Festival (if it goes ahead).
Application forms can be downloaded from here
Closing date for receipt of entries is Monday September 7th.
